This position is accountable for developing new business opportunities, deepening market penetration and increasing business with current / potential customers.
As a Sales/Account Executive, you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle including, identifying new opportunities, building rapport and educating the customer or prospect, proposing and closing opportunities to increase the company’s revenue and ensuring the client’s satisfaction once the project is completed.
Develop and implement sales strategies and strategic account plans to build a meaningful and executable pipeline of opportunities necessary to achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual goals through systematic sales calls with both existing accounts and prospects.
Lead the development of all pitches, capabilities presentations, strategic and tactical ideas, and written proposals.
Communicate and develop rapport with prospective customers and close sales. Utilize follow up and relationship building strategies to ensure frequent client interaction.
Establish consultative relationships with key executives of the targeted companies to create a long-term pipeline of top targets.
Attend sales and marketing events, trade shows and conferences.
Partner with the management team on the development of key customer accounts and attainment of incremental sales goals.
Leverage expert knowledge to establish, implement and maintain best practices methodologies for sales management.
Create and maintain accurate and timely records of customer interactions.
Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments.
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
5+ years proven sales experience in the trade show / exhibit / event / B2B sales
Ability to work independently with a high degree of integrity and work collaboratively with cross functional teams.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Be detail oriented, flexible and be able to move between tasks comfortably.
Proven sales ability and the ability to uncover new sales opportunities.
Ability to effectively build and manage a sales pipeline
Proven ability to close new business with new clients.
Enjoy being part of a team, requesting assistance and helping others as necessary.
Must be knowledgeable in large format digital print processes, along with kitting/fulfillment and general commercial print services.
