South Carolina Federal Credit Union sought to build a stronger debit card user base as part of their “Life Simplified” brand promise.
With the offers of a free cruise as an incentive, members needed to only make 20 or more signature-based transactions during the one-month promotional period. Using the card reinforced the SCFCU brand, generated transaction revenue for the client, and built rewards points for the member.
The promotion was supported with newsletter articles, postcard announcements, statement inserts, branch take ones, and web graphics.
