Westamerica Communications is committed to providing high-quality printing, mailing, and marketing services. Because many of our products and services are custom-produced, we have established the following Refund & Cancellation Policy to clearly outline our practices.
1. Custom Products & Services
Most products and services provided by Westamerica Communications are custom-designed, printed, or produced specifically for each client. Due to the customized nature of these services:

Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun.

Orders that have been printed, processed, mailed, or otherwise completed cannot be returned or refunded.
2. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 30 days of the original order date, provided production has not started.

If production has already begun, cancellation may not be possible, or partial charges may apply to cover work already completed (including design, setup, materials, or processing).
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible using the information listed below.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

Billing errors or duplicate charges

Orders canceled prior to the start of production

Defective products or errors directly attributable to Westamerica Communications
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the invoice date.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:

Custom-printed or personalized materials once production has started

Mailing, postage, or third-party service fees
-
Services already rendered, including design, data processing, or consulting

Orders delayed or impacted by client-provided data, artwork, or approvals
5. Reprints & Corrections
If an order is determined to be defective or incorrect due to our error, Westamerica Communications may, at its discretion:

Reprint the affected portion of the order, or
-
Issue a partial or full refund
We may request samples or documentation to verify the issue.
6. Payment Method & Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.

Refunds do not include bank fees, credit card processing fees, or third-party charges where applicable.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
Clients are encouraged to contact Westamerica Communications directly to resolve any billing concerns. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution and could result in additional review.
