In the Spring of 2021, the world was starting to recover from the effects of the COVID 19 pandemic. Many schools were still experimenting with hybrid learning which blended in class and remote into a single class experience.
With the new school year approaching and the promise of freshmen students entering the campus for the first time, the leadership team at the university wanted to create a powerful welcome kit to motivate and inspire the new class.
The team wanted a custom package that celebrated the brand and the heritage of the school. The package also needed to act as a shipper box for distribution to the 5000+ recipients. Enclosed inside the custom-created welcome kit was:

- CSUDH Branded Wireless Charger
- CSUDH Branded Pen
- CSUDH Branded Web Cam Security Cover
Westamerica went to work designing and printing a colorful custom box with CSUDH graphics. Pennants, Chargers and Web Cam Covers were procured by Westamerica’s premium and incentive team. Finally, all packaging fulfillment, management, and mailing were conducted under Westamerica’s supervision.
